What Ore is
Ore is a decentralized smart-contract protocol deployed on Robinhood Chain. Holders of the ORE token receive pro-rata distributions of PAXG — a tokenized representation of physical gold held in Brink's regulated vaults — every 15 minutes, funded entirely by a 3% tax on ORE buys through the Uniswap pool. Sells and wallet transfers are untaxed.
The protocol is autonomous. Ore does not custody your tokens, does not manage your wallet, and cannot reverse transactions.
What Ore isn't
- Ore is not a security, a fund, or a managed product.
- Ore does not promise returns. Rewards are strictly a function of on-chain trading volume, holder count, and the PAXG price at the time of each cycle.
- Ore is not a bank or custodian. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.
How rewards work
Every 15 minutes the protocol takes the ORE collected by the 3% buy tax during that window, converts it to PAXG at the current gold rate, and distributes the PAXG pro-rata to eligible holders. Your share depends on three inputs that all vary independently:
- Buy volume during the cycle.
- Number of eligible holders and their positions.
- The PAXG price at cycle end.
If buy volume is low, distributions are small. The protocol distributes exactly the tax it collects — no more, no less.
Risks
Participation in Ore involves risk. Consider at minimum the following, none of which is exhaustive:
- Market risk. The ORE token is volatile. Gold distributions do not offset losses on ORE.
- Smart-contract risk. Audits reduce but do not eliminate the risk of bugs or exploits in Ore or in the contracts it depends on (Uniswap V3, PAXG, USDG).
- Bridge risk. PAXG on Robinhood Chain is a bridged asset. Bridge failure would affect movement between chains and, in extreme cases, the peg.
- Counterparty risk. PAXG is issued by Paxos and backed by physical gold held by third parties. Issues at Paxos or its vault operators would affect PAXG.
- Chain and oracle risk. Robinhood Chain is a new network. Reorgs, downtime, or a stale price feed at cycle end would affect distributions.
- Regulatory risk. Rules around tokenized gold and DeFi rewards differ by jurisdiction. Confirm Ore is appropriate where you live before participating.

Not financial advice
Nothing on this site, in the docs, or in the dashboard is financial, legal, or tax advice. Ore is a piece of software. You are solely responsible for your decisions to acquire, hold, or dispose of ORE, and for the tax and regulatory consequences of doing so.
Using this site
The Ore website and dashboard are informational interfaces to the on-chain protocol. They may be paused, changed, or removed at any time without affecting the smart contract. If the website is offline, ORE, PAXG, and all reward accounting remain fully on-chain and can be interacted with directly.
